Pantograph Machine; Traditional pantograph machine which has been with us since our formation in 1969 - still used today, predominately for the engraving of perpetual trophies.
Wizzard PC: Computerised flat bed machine, one of the early types of computerised machines and is used mostly for the engraving of trophy plates and medals - this type of machine sped up the labour intensive pantograph plate and medal engraving.
IS 400 Machine: Top of the range computerised machine with multi capabilities - can engrave large and small flat items, round pieces ie, cups, tankards etc as well as salvers and certain glassware. Has over 200 different font styles as is capable of producing fantastic artwork, crests and logos onto any of the above items.
Laser Engraver: CO2 laser engraver - to our knowledge the only one of its type in the Channel Islands - this enables us to engrave flat objects made from most materials other than metal - especially good with acrylic, wood, leather, plastic laminate and coated metal ( the laser cuts through the coating to expose the base metal). Computer driven the laser offers clients a huge range of fonts and artwork capabilities(including reproducing photographs) and is accurate to 0.001mm - The future of engraving is with us today.
Glass Engraving: Our glass engraving is achieved through sand blasting - a CG cabinet is used to engrave onto glass and crystal using tissue and aqua stencils.
Once again a large number of fonts are available as well as the facility to produce logo's, crests and even photographs onto most items.
